The SCHILLER AT-101 ECG display interface board (model 3.2672CB 13603) is one of the core components of the SCHILLER AT-101 ECG Machine display. It is responsible for converting the ECG signals monitored by the lead wires into waveforms and presenting them on the display screen in real time for medical staff to view. It can also respond to the signals transmitted by the keyboard motherboard and convert the operation instructions into the operation interface of the display screen for users to operate and view, such as the parameter setting interface, patient information input interface, automatic/manual mode conversion interface, and system maintenance interface. Even the power display, warning, time and date are all controlled and displayed on the display screen by the Display Interface Board. The Display Interface Board is equivalent to the brain of the display screen, controlling all the data displayed on the display screen.
This display interface board has many advantages. For example, it uses 24-bit color depth control to ensure that the color of the ECG signal is not distorted when it is converted into a waveform, and can perform high-precision processing on the signal; the response time to the touch signal is <3ms, and the touch signal can be quickly analyzed, and multi-point touch gestures (such as two-finger zoom function) are supported; the internal electronic components are industrial-grade and can adapt to 7*24 hours of continuous operation to ensure the continuous and stable monitoring process.

1. Convert and control signals
After receiving the signal output by the mainboard, convert the signal into LVDS/HDMI so that the display can recognize and display the corresponding instructions.
The display brightness, refresh rate (60Hz) and contrast can be controlled according to the brightness of the external light.
2. Fault protection
It has built-in overvoltage protection circuit and overcurrent protection circuit functions to prevent the display mainboard from being damaged under abnormal voltage conditions and protect important components.
The interface board is equipped with an abnormal alarm function to monitor the signal transmission status in real time. If there is an abnormality, the device system alarm function is triggered in time (such as displaying the error code ERR 0x1B)

■ Installation steps
(Non-professionals please operate under the guidance of professionals)
1. Cut off the power supply of the device
2. Turn off the device and remove the battery of the device. Do not operate immediately. Wait for the device to release the residual power before continuing, about 5-10 minutes
3. Remove the back cover of the device shell
4. Remove the back cover screws, disconnect the connection cable between the motherboard and the display, and record the interface sequence
5. Remove the screws that fix the interface board and pull out the old board.
6. Install the new board
7. Install the new board according to the interface sequence when removing it
8. Install the screws, pay attention to check whether it is too tight, which affects the use of the interface board
9. Turn on the machine to check whether the function is normal
