GE Dash1800 Patient Monitor GEHC-IT UI LEFT BOARD (Power Switch Board) 2037646-001 2037729-001 is the original power switch control board of GE Dash1800 patient monitor and one of the core components of the monitor power supply system.
It has many important functions, mainly for the management of the monitor power on and off control, feedback of power supply status and overcurrent protection of the battery.
The service life of the power switch board is designed to be 5-10 years, and its key components are designed according to this service life; the mechanical life of the relay can reach more than 100,000 on-off operations. If the machine is turned on and off once a day, it can be used for about 270 years (actually affected by the load current, the relay life in medical equipment is usually estimated to be 5-8 years).

The multi-layer PCB board welded by surface mount technology (SMT) integrates key components such as power management chip (PMIC), relays, fuses, status indicators, etc., and is suitable for embedded installation on the left operation panel of Dash1800.

Modular replacement: No need to disassemble the entire monitor, only 4 cross screws need to be removed to replace the power switch board, and the average maintenance time is ≤15 minutes.
Preventive maintenance: Support online firmware upgrades, and the PMIC control program can be updated through GE engineer-specific tools to optimize power efficiency.
4. Environmental adaptability
Anti-electromagnetic interference: The PCB board is wrapped with a copper foil shielding layer, which can resist ±15kV electrostatic discharge (ESD) and 10V/m radio frequency interference, ensuring stable operation in strong interference environments such as MRI rooms.
Dust and moisture proof: IPX5 protection level, can withstand 30° angle water spray test, and adapt to complex environments such as operating rooms and ICUs.
