Introduction
This machine is designed to trim the excess leads or feet of PCBAs after wave soldering. It mainly consists of two parts: PCB fixation and blade fixation. The PCB is conveyed by a chain and securely clamped on both sides, with an additional thimble placed at its base to enhance stability. Once the blade is securely positioned and its height is adjusted accordingly, the PCB is transported for automated lead trimming. The blade rotates swiftly and smoothly, producing minimal noise while maintaining high operational efficiency. Furthermore, a warp prevention device is incorporated to ensure that the PCBA boards remain intact throughout the process.

It employs an eagle-claw-style shrapnel fixture for automated clamping and feeding of PCB boards, guaranteeing robust stability. The plate feeding speed is adjustable, and the spindle operates at high speeds with low noise, precision, and effectiveness.
This model features a pair of conveyor chains that securely clamp and transport PCBAs to a rapidly rotating blade for efficient trimming.
The machine operates on AC380V, 3-phase power, and includes a grounding wire for enhanced safety.
