Introduction:
This machine is utilized for cutting FR4, aluminum boards, copper boards, and fiberglass boards. It employs high-quality and durable linear guillotine blades powered by pneumatics. By stepping on the foot switch, operators can complete the depaneling operation.
Designed specifically to separate pre-scored panel boards with care, the straight knife type separator machines ensure that there is no bending or tension stress during the process. This careful separation protects even sensitive SMD components, such as ceramic capacitors, from damage, thereby enhancing product quality.
This powerful machine excels at separating PCB panels connected by V-cut lines, applying ultra-low cutting force stress and ensuring a smooth, glitch-free operation.

Powered by a pneumatic driver with solenoid valve control, it operates at high speeds for efficient production.
The upper and lower blade heights are adjustable, and the gap for inserting the PCB board can be easily adjusted using a knob located on the top side of the machine.
The lower blade height can be adjusted separately at the front and rear portions, eliminating the need for shims. This makes changing and adjusting the blade easier and allows for multiple sharpenings, reducing costs.
For PCBs or thin plates without V-grooves, customized trays and positioning devices can be provided to prevent displacement during operation.
Both skilled and unskilled personnel can easily operate and maintain this machine.
