For larger projects, an optional 400*600mm platform is available. The RM-F550 offers user-friendly "visual" programming, facilitating rapid and accurate online setup, while also providing real-time monitoring of the depaneling process.

1, Provide customers a high performance,high stable and security industrial equipment, using high precision linear guide, control card, and servo motor.
2, 4 axis motion control basen on the high resolution CCD vicual aligement, use double platform to make the production more efficiency.
3, Germany brand routing spindle, speed at 40000~60000rpm.
4, Taiwan Hiwin brand guide, make sure the moving system precision and smooth.
5, Tool life monitoring. After the cutter cuts a certain distance, it will automatically rise and fall to the position of another uncut blade.
6, Suitable for depaneling straight line, arc, and circular connectted boards.
7, The PCB substrate is placed by two-stage continuous sliding processing to reduce waiting time and increase production.
