Pre-scored PCB Separator V Groove PCB Depaneling V-cut PCB Depanelizer Description:
In both units, CWVC-1S and CWVC-1SJ, the separation between the upper guide and the lower guide is adjustable by means of a rotary knob. In this way it is ensured that the PCB is fed only through the pre-scored groove.
The pre-scored grooves on the PCBs can be interrupted by cuts with a length of up to approx. 5mm
Tests have revealed that the greater the separation between the circular knives, the smaller the tension produced during the separation process.
