※Description
The fully automatic peanut fryer can use electricity, natural gas, diesel or coal as the heating source. This equipment is the main equipment of the frying production line. The machine adopts a double-layer structure to ensure that the fried materials are always below the oil level; and the oil-water separation technology is adopted, and the debris generated during the frying process can automatically fall into the water to avoid wasting oil.
This fryer saves 50%-60% oil compared to ordinary fryers. It is suitable for all kinds of fried foods, and the oil temperature can be adjusted within the range of 0-300°C (572°F). There will be no carbonization during the frying process. The oil can be recycled and reused, and there is no need to change the oil every day.

This frying machine is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized food factories. Applicable products include: broad beans, green beans, peanuts, cashews and other nuts; rice crackers, potato chips and other puffed foods
