Horizontal packing machine is mainly used for various kinds of solid objects with regular shape (Square/ Rectangle/Circular/Ellipse/Flake etc.) such as food, pharmaceuticals tools, daily necessities, hardware, or any other products loaded in box or tray.
Main Features
1,Production speed of 110 packs / minute, guarantee 100 packs / min. it can meet the production demand of high speed, big width folding machine.
2,The whole machine adopts full servo control. Compared with the traditional cam motion, the adjustment is more convenient. All the parameters are operated through HMI. without oil pollution during using process. It is more advantageous to the paper tissue production.
3,The machine head is controlled by servo motor and package height can be adjusted.When producing different height specifications, no need to adjust the height of the machine head, only adjust the parameters of the touch screen.
4,The whole machine adopts the work of servo motor and eccentric wheel, which are reciprocating work and inertial motion, which replaces the straight-line start-stop work of the original pusher and top plate design. This design is better for the protection of equipment parts and servo motors. Timing belts are no longer used to reduce the investment of wearing parts.
5, The film feeding adopts the point cutting method, and the speed difference of the rubber roller pulls off the film, which is faster and better than the old method of cutting off film.
6, It adopts 3D packing form with wrap, hem and seal. The structure is compact and beautiful, and the effect of side sealing is good.
Three servo motors and gear motor: The first motor controls the feeding conveyor belt, the second motor controls the film loading device, and the third motor controls the horizontal sealing part. Three axis synchronous, various speed. Detect the product and pack, no product and machine will stop. It will reverse automatically if the cutter device touches the product, so will be not caused the cutter damaged.
Touch screen: Can be set up the relevant language basing on customer’s requirement. Simple page, easy operation, automatic fault diagnosis function, so the fault can be seen and understood more clearly, easier to maintenance.

It is used in automatic bag making of various mask,melons and fruits. The production line can be connected before and after. Such as: lemon,
orange, bell pepper, banana, peach, mangosteen, lotus, apricot, fig, apple, cucumber, etc.
