Huashida Rigid polyurethane spraying polyethylene winding prefabricated directly buried insulation pipe consists of steel working pipe, spraying polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer and winding polyethylene outer protective pipe.
The line adopts continuous spraying production process.It features a high degree of automation, fast production efficiency, raw material saving, increased foaming and closed-cell rate, reduced water absorption rate, and three-in-one molding, making its performance more reliable. 1.External shot blasting for steel pipe rust removal
2.Steel pipe transferred to spraying conveyor line via pipe transport cart
