Installation of target board:
The target board is used to place the target board. Pay attention to the structure and technology of the target board, and have enough strength. Its structure should be simple, good sealing, flexible operation, and the exchange of the target board should be safe and convenient.
Commonly used target plate device structures are flange type, straight shaft type, tandem shaft type and frame type. The first three are internal test target plates, and the frame type is external test target plates.
The target plate of the internal test target plate is installed in the purge link pipe or exhaust pipe, as close as possible to the end of the purge pipe, and on the straight pipe 4~6m away from the elbow.
When the two-stage purging method is adopted, after the first-stage purging is qualified, the target plate should be removed for the second-stage purging. It is not advisable to install the target board at the second-stage purging.
In order to inspect the blowpipe correctly, the target plate should be polished without visible markings.
After the installation of all equipment in thermal power plants, it is generally necessary to blow pipes through the boiler to purge the pipes with steam. The purpose is to remove the debris left in the equipment and pipes during the manufacturing, transportation and installation of the equipment and pipes, and to prevent the boiler from overheating during operation The blower and reheater block and break the pipe, and at the same time prevent debris from entering the steam turbine to cause damage to the blades and valves. The working principle of the target board:
The target plate device is a device used to fix the target plate. The target plate is a metal plate that is manufactured according to the material and size and is used to inspect the torch.
The target plate is installed in the temporary exhaust pipe (or at the exhaust port) at the end of the pipe to be purged. The material of the target plate can be made of aluminum plate. Its width is about 8% of the inner diameter of the exhaust pipe and the length runs through the pipe. For the inner diameter, under the premise of ensuring the blowpipe coefficient, the target board should be replaced twice for inspection. The particle size of the impact spot on the target board is not more than 0.8mm, and the visible spot is not more than 8 points, and the purging is considered qualified.
