PVC coated overlay film for plastic cards is the perfect solution for protecting and enhancing the appearance of plastic cards, including ID cards, membership cards, access cards, smart cards, and more. This high-performance film is designed to deliver superior durability, scratch resistance, and a professional finish that ensures your cards withstand daily wear and tear while maintaining their visual appeal.

It has higher peel strength and it is suitable for laminating with most of PVC sheets printed by various printers.

All inks require an adhesive layer between ink and overlay to provide a superior bond, so we offer a complete range of suitable coatings for all our overlay films to enhance bond strength. These adhesives can be used with UV (offset or silk screen) and oxidative inks. They meet or exceed ISO Peel strength standards and are available in rolls or sheets. And we have designed specific coatings to prevent distortion during lamination;
