Wet Plastic Pe Film Pelletizing Machine / Water Material Granulator
Before the raw material goes into the extruder it should be mixing firstly, if it is have over two materials. Compared with traditional pelletizing, the water ring pellet is not easy to break, the pellets are more beautiful. Metal detector is option when goes into extruder. The granulation line’s screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl material, and the surface is treated by nitriding hardening, and the service life is long. The granulation line barrel has a drain port and a vacuum pump to drain and vent the air to ensure the quality of the particles.
This pelletizing machine is suitable for wet film and bags with a water content less than 30%. If you have a washing line and have a headache about the moisture of final scraps, this pelletizing machine is a good choice.
For thermoplastics with a higher viscosity. The melt exits through the wear-resistant die plate, and is knocked off by the pelletizer blades. The pellets cooled in the water ring are flushed out, dried in the centrifuge and discharged. By adjusting the blade pressure, pelletizer blades provide a long service life; replacement is quick and easy.
