1. Product introduction:

This box has strong versatility and is widely used in high-temperature experiments, heat treatment and drying treatments for various purposes. It is the most versatile drying box. The working room of the drying oven is made of stainless steel, and the outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates. The middle is filled with environmentally friendly aluminum silicate fiber cotton. The outer shell is spray-coated and durable. It uses an efficient and energy-saving heater, a reasonable blowing system, and a complete control system, which makes the temperature in the studio more uniform. It adopts dual digital display temperature controller, which is eye-catching and intuitive, and PID temperature control is accurate without temperature rush. It has timing control function and secondary over-temperature protection function.

2. Electric blast drying oven control execution system : 

The temperature controller adopts touch buttons, digital LED display, PID intelligent control instrument; Pt100 platinum resistance temperature sensor; electric blast drying oven protection system; the whole machine protection system consists of over-temperature protection and alarm devices. Ensure the integrity of the actuating components and test pieces.

3. Purpose

The blast drying oven is suitable for use in industrial and mining enterprise laboratories, medical and health, and scientific research units for drying, baking, wax melting, sterilization, and solidification.

4. Working principle of electric blast oven

The electric blast oven uses a digital display instrument connected to a temperature sensor to control the temperature of the working room , and uses hot air circulation to dry the materials. The hot air circulation system is divided into horizontal air supply and vertical air supply, both of which are professionally designed. The motor drives the air supply wheel, causing the blown wind to blow on the electric heating pipe to form hot air. The hot air is sent from the air duct to the working room of the electric heating blast oven, and the used hot air is sucked into the air duct again to become The air source circulates and heats again, which greatly improves the temperature uniformity of the electric blast oven. If the door of the electric blast oven is opened and closed during use, the air supply circulation system can be used to quickly restore the operating temperature value.

5. Basic parameters

Product maximum operating temperature / maximum temperature: 250 ℃ /300 ℃

Time to heat up to 300 °C: about 60 minutes.

The temperature fluctuation is ± 1 °C and the uniformity is ± 1 % .

6. Manufacturing process

1. The inner tank is made of high-quality SUS430 mirror stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is spray-coated with electrolytic plate, making it more smooth and beautiful .

2. The insulation system uses rock wool to fill the insulation area, and the welding joints of the inner tank are formed by dense spot welding, which effectively prevents the fibers in the rock wool from entering the inner cavity, ensuring that the air in the inner cavity is not polluted and maintains the proper cleanliness. Both inside and outside The connection parts of the tank are made of non-metallic high-temperature-resistant materials to effectively reduce temperature conduction; the door seal is made of refined high-temperature-resistant silicone rubber tubes, so there is no aging and hardening under high temperature conditions, and the sealing performance is more reliable;

7. Internal circulation of air blast

1. The air supply circulation system adopts a low-noise, long-life, air-conditioned special fan, and the wind wheel is a multi-wing centrifugal fan. Two in total.

2. The fan and heating pipe of the oven are installed on the back of the oven. Hidden behind stainless steel partitions (so that the work platform looks more beautiful without taking up its space).

8. Heating system

1. The heating tube is tubular, and the heating element is wrapped in stainless steel. Not easily oxidized in high temperature environment.

2. Use wear-free switches (solid-state relays) to control the heating elements.
