Product Details:
The GE IS200VSVOH1B is a VME Servo Control Board in the Mark VI Speedtronic system, managing four electro-hydraulic servo valves for steam/fuel valve operation in gas, steam, and wind turbines. It integrates with TSVO/DSVO terminal boards, using LVDTs for valve position feedback and supporting pulse rate flow inputs for gas turbine flow measurement.
Compatible with simplex and TMR systems, it connects via J3/J4 and J5 cables. The board executes loop control algorithms, features suicide relays for safe output shutdown, and includes diagnostics via front-panel LEDs. It processes LVDT signals and pulse inputs, ensuring precise servo control.
Key Features:
1.Servo Control: Manages 4 electro-hydraulic servo valves, with LVDT excitation/feedback and pulse rate flow inputs for accurate valve positioning.
2.Redundancy Support: Works in simplex and TMR setups, with TMR signals fanned out to three VME racks for fault tolerance.
3.Safety Mechanisms: Suicide relays short outputs to safe states on faults; manual reset required for recovery.
4.Diagnostics: Monitors servo current, LVDT signals, and calibration, triggering composite alerts and LED indicators.
5.Flexible Integration: Connects to TSVO boards via latching connectors; supports 1–4 LVDTs per loop and external trips via JD1/JD2.
6.Robust Design: Single-slot form factor with FPGAs, relays, and over 70 integrated circuits, built to withstand industrial environments.
