The Zhongshen PP2 Egg Collection Conveyor Belt is engineered for automated layer hen operations, combining an innovative woven structure with premium nylon yarn for outstanding performance. In practice, PP2 belts achieve exceptionally low breakage rates (typically under 0.3%), ensuring more intact eggs reach the packing line. The belt is also UV-stabilized and antistatic, helping it withstand dusty, high-UV farm environments and extending service life.
Made from new nylon material, the PP2 belt tolerates extreme temperatures and resists farm chemicals. Maintenance is straightforward: simply rinse with cold water, avoiding any detergent or heat. Its corrosion-resistant, wear-proof design minimizes downtime and replacement costs. Available in custom lengths and widths, sections of the PP2 belt can be quickly spliced (sewn or ultrasonically welded) for seamless integration.
