Product Description:
Designed for modern automated egg production, Zhongshen’s PP2 belt uses all-new nylon to combine strength with environmental safety. The pure nylon weave contains no recycled or filler materials, ensuring consistent quality. Its textured surface grips eggs firmly, so cracks and losses are greatly reduced. In practice, the PP2 achieves very low breakage (typically <0.3%) while transporting hundreds of eggs. Moreover, the belt is UV-stabilized and antistatic, so it remains clean and durable even under high UV exposure.
Installation is seamless: belts come in large rolls and can be spliced on-site (sewn or ultrasonic welding) for continuous operation. Routine maintenance is simple and eco-friendly: just rinse with cold water (no detergent) to remove any debris. Because the belt resists acids, alkalis, and grease, it maintains performance in harsh farm conditions. This combination of gentle handling, longevity, and easy cleaning makes the PP2 a sustainable choice that boosts efficiency in any automated egg conveyor system.
