Raw material of face mask
Outer & Inner Layer
In disposable face masks, medical masks, and KN95/N95 masks, you will find that the nonwoven spunbond polypropylene materials are ideal for the outer and inner layers of the mask.
The nonwoven spunbond polypropylene is a breathable material. This allows for splash resistance on the outer layer. It is useful as the inner layer because it is absorbent and whisks moisture away from the face.
Middle Layer
The middle layer between the two pieces of nonwoven spunbond polypropylene is made of a nonwoven meltblown fabric.
The meltblown fabric in mask production acts as the filtration mechanism between the layers of nonwoven spun-bonded polypropylene that helps to prevent the spread of germs.

1.Are you manufacturer?
Yes, we have our own factory and trade team.
we have machine in SS(2.4M, 3.2m), S(2.0m 2.4m 3.2m) Pp non-woven fabrics ,
automatic cutting and folding machine, small roll cut and pack machine .
2.What’s the MOQ?
Our MOQ normal is 1000kg per color.
If you just need small quantity by LCL is also ok. But the charge will be higher.
And please note the colors must be 1ton per color. White and black color can be as your request.
3.Can you send us samples?
Yes, sample can be arranged by free, and freight in collect.
you just need to give us your courier no.
Or you can have the order to the express company yourself for ask them to pick up sample from us.

4. Can you offer customers’ packing request?
