Surface groove is very difficult to process if the accuracy of groove width and finish have high requirement. The dimensional accuracy of these parts is ±0.01mm, and the surface finish is above RA0.8. We have very rich processing experience in this field. Those two parts are a pair of components that should be aligned when combined. The "T" shape is the track of the rivet feeding, the chamfering of the head and the corresponding position size of the two parts are very important, if the dimensional tolerance is not according to accuracy, it will affect the rivet feeding.
We use high speed Machining Center to process this type of mechanical parts to ensure the accuracy of the parts. Meanwhile, we machined the precision holes and grooves with Slow Wire-Cutting Machine.
