Product Description

Spiral piles are a new type of foundation construction material. They are usually made of metal pipes, with spiral blades welded on the surface, and are inserted into the ground through special equipment to replace traditional concrete foundations. Their structure mainly consists of a hot forged pipe body, spiral blades, and connecting flange plates. The working principle of spiral piles is similar to that of wooden screws. Material parameter

• pile material: steel steel or alloy steel with q235b, q355b, q420 and other materials, which have high strength and toughness and can withstand large loads.

• surface treatment: hot dip galvanizing is the most common surface treatment method. The average thickness of hot dip galvanizing layer is usually between 60 microns to 120 microns, such as 70 microns, 80 microns, 85 microns, etc. Hot dip galvanizing can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the ground pile and extend its service life.
