1. Flexible structural selection
• Adopting light steel structure frame or container structure, the single span of light steel structure can reach 24 meters, and the container structure can stack 5 floors to meet the needs of different storage scales.

• Waterproof sealing: The roof adopts a combination of EPDM rubber waterproofing membrane and color steel plate, with double waterproofing treatment at the joints, and a leakage rate of ≤ 0.5%;
• Fireproof and Thermal Insulation : Wall and roof can be equipped with 100mm thick rock wool sandwich panels (fireproof grade A, thermal conductivity ≤ 0.04W/(m · K));
• Disaster resistance capability: Wind resistance level of 140km/h (level 12), seismic fortification intensity ≥ 8 degrees, suitable for areas with frequent typhoons and earthquakes.
3. Prefabricated and efficient installation
• All components are prefabricated in the factory (accuracy error ≤ 1mm), assembled with bolts on site, and installed in a 150-200 square meter warehouse in only 5-7 days, which shortens the construction period by 70% compared to traditional processes.
4. Longevity and Economy
• The design life of the main structural steel (Q355B) is ≥ 50 years, and the hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion layer (thickness ≥ 85 μ m) is maintenance free for 10 years;
• A 40 foot container can load 150-200 square meters of warehouse components, reducing transportation costs by 30% compared to bulk cargo.
