4. Description:
1. The equipment includes cutter-tightening wheels, having good rigidity, especially
suitable for slicing PU foam plastic with the hardness below 80 and having big bearing
ability and stable cutting property.
2. Square steel worktable with smooth surface and the structure is adopted to mate
with rigid wheel case and to guarantee stability and accuracy in the process of cutting.
3. Slicing tool employs a wide strip cutter. The cutter produces no flying dust and ensures
smoothness and good parallelism of slicing surface, yet leaving no cutting trace.
4. Operations of the machine can be completed by means of program-controlling,which has
advantages of precisely controlling cutter height, easily setting computer, owning photoelectric
display function and having convenient operating modes of both auto and manual.
