This is a "Higher Speed" PVC Wall Panel making machine, which become more popular choice in recent years. The complete line includes screw loader, conical twin screw extruder, pvc ceiling panel mould, vacuum calibration table, haul-offs & cutting machine, stacker. The production line also can equip printing machine, film lamination machine, hot stamping machine. The other auxiliary machines include: high speed mixer, crusher, vibration sieve and pulverizer. Which is mainly used in the area of PVC ceiling, integrated ceiling, luggage board, ceiling corner etc. the equipment consists of conical twin-screw extruder vacuum shaping table, tractor, cutter and stacker, It has high-techlaser tracking device exclusive, to ensure not only extrude PVC ceilings with high quality and output also greatly reduce the cost of production, which get appreciations from customers.

**** Inline Hot-Stamping and Laminating Machine

**** Automatic Cutting Machine
The movement of cutting platform is controlled by cylinder, ensure that the longituinal speed is snychronized with the production line speed. Cutting and Stacking: After the panels are fully processed, they are cut into individual pieces of the desired length. The cut panels are then stacked or packed for storage or transportation.
