Production Description
SGK seires plastic pipe belling machine with drawing device and program interface concerned is used with extruding machine.It is also could separating operation. While expanding pipes,the machine adopts translation. The action is steady and correct.It does not damage pipe materials. The machine adopts double-infrared heating oven type. Each oven is equipped with heating core. The shaping method adopts expanding-end shaping. The size of pipe mouth is correct. On its panel, there is a transfer switch of expanding solvent type pipe socket sovent,rubber-ring expansion and rubber-ring lip type sockets. The choice of expanding pipe types is very convenient. The technological adaptability is strong. Its main electric control elements are all exportec. The system characteristics are steady and reliable.
Features
1) Collocated with material-receiving pulling device as well as related process interfaces that are matched with the main machine.
2) Can not only work together with the main machine, but can also work alone at the same time.
3) Horizontally moves pipes, stable and accurate actions, and does not easily to damage pipes.
4) Adopts infrared ray heating way and double-heating furnace, and each heating furnace is located within the central heating furnace core.5) Adopts expansion tube head shaping method, and has conversion switches of expansion solvent plug and expansion.
