I. Application :
FKSZG series large-capacity DC high-voltage generator (DC hipot tester) , also named as"water-cooled generator leakage current tester", is designed for water-cooled generator leakage current and DC voltage test usage.Due to large water-cooled generator winding conduction current is very large, in the test voltage to 20-150mA or so. If there is not enough output capacity of the DC high voltage generator, can not boost.The current domestic DC high voltage tester output current is generally within 10mA, the output current of 200mA high voltage generator is blank.
The design and manufacturing guiding ideology is caused from the following:
1, Due to large water-cooled generator winding conduction current is very large, in the test voltage to 20-150mA or so. If there is not enough output capacity of the DC high voltage generator, can not boost.
2, The current domestic DC high voltage tester output current is generally within 10mA, the output current of 200mA high voltage generator is blank.
3, The DC test for the general high-voltage electrical equipment, can be found in the insulation of the penetration defects, and for the motor, it can uniquely find its local insulation defects (stator coil end insulation)
4, In order to be able to accurately measure the leakage current of the water-cooled generator, the FKSZG series of high-voltage generator specially designed a variety of interference current compensation circuit test can completely rule out the stray current and the water pipe polarization potential interference Influence, really measured the current of the test sample.
5.FKSZG series DC high voltage generator with intermediate frequency voltage doubler circuit. The first application of the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and high-power IGBT devices. And according to the electromagnetic compatibility theory, the use of special shielding, isolation and grounding and other measures. So that the DC high voltage generator to achieve a high quality, portable and can withstand the rated voltage discharge without damage.
6.Based on the output voltage of tested generator is no more than 20KV(Un), the on-site DC hipot test voltage is 3Un=60KV, water cooled type power generator leakage current is generally less than 200mA. So model FKSZG--80KV/200mA test set is for staying some margin..
II. Technical Features
FKSZG-series tester is designed for water-cooled generator leakage current and DC voltage withstand test , it is based on the "low-voltage shielding method" developed the principle of the use of intermediate frequency voltage Circuit, using the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and high power IGBT devices.
