Ultrasonic plastic Welding Transducer
The ultrasonic energy transducer, working in the same way as the cleaning transducer, also counteracts the expansion stress of the piezoelectric ceramic by prestressing force to achieve the large amplitude ultrasonic vibration. Because the welding transducer requires very high instantaneous power, it is highly demanding for materials and technology, and belongs to high-power acoustic wave energy amplifier. It is usually combined with the ultrasonic horn and the working head to make up the vibration system with high power and large amplitude to complete the ultrasonic welding of the materials such as plastic and metal.
Ultrasonic energy fusion transducer
Ultrasonic welding is the ultrasonic vibration produced by the transducer, which produces high frequency friction and heat on the surface of the contact gap of the welded material under the pressure condition, so as to achieve the purpose of heat thawing.
The ultrasonic shaped transducer is a high-power ultrasonic transducer which works in a gap or pulse. The power of the transducer is usually calculated by instantaneous peak power.
Ultrasonic transducer is the core device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy (ultrasonic), the piezoelectric ceramic chip adopts imported parts, and can give a strong and stable output. It is made from American aluminum alloy and titanium alloy. The frequency is 15 KHZ ~ 28 KHZ.
