Product Description:

PP PE Water Pipe Production Making Machine is primarily designed for producing PP and PE pipes with different diameters and thicknesses. These pipes are utilized in a variety of applications, including water supply systems, industrial water conveyance systems, and compressed air transportation.

Features:

Raw materials and additives are first combined in the mixing process. The mixture is then transferred using a vacuum feeding machine to the hopper dryer. From there, it goes through a single-screw extruder and a color code extruder.

Next, the material passes through the mould and calibrator before entering the vacuum forming machine. It is then moved to the cooling tank and processed by the haul-off machine. Finally, it is cut using a cutting machine and placed on the discharging rack.
