CCJ impulse dust collector is a wet dust removal equipment, which mainly captures and separates
dust particles in the gas through water bath and impact.
Working principle: After the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector, it impacts the water surface
through a specially designed structure (such as S-shaped channel), so that the dust particles fully
contact and adhere to the water droplets, and then realize the dust capture. At the same time, the
dust collector is also equipped with an automatic water level control device to keep the water level
stable and ensure the dust removal efficiency.
Application: CCJ impulse dust collector is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, casting and
other industries, especially suitable for the treatment of high dust concentration, dust has a certain
viscosity of gas.
Advantages: compact structure, small footprint, convenient construction and installation, easy maintenance
and management. In addition, the dust collector can also effectively deal with non-corrosive, the temperature
is not more than 300℃ dust containing gas.
Note: Since the CCJ impulse dust collector is a wet dust removal equipment, it will produce sewage and
sludge during use, and it is necessary to be equipped with the corresponding sewage treatment system.
