Mam Ba Polyurethane (PU) Modular Screen Panel
Polyurethane Modular Sieve (mesh) is developed in recent years for mining mineral processing, grading, dehydration and other screening machines replace metal sieve (mesh) of a new product.
The screen mesh panel made of polyurethane is more expensive than steel screen mesh, but it is still popular in the market, because of its long life and strong wear resistance.
The steel reinforcements embedded in the polyurethane ensure the necessary stability, whereas the flexible hole area with their downward widening openings are a guarantee for excellent operational characteristics.
Mainly used in coal, iron ore, copper, gold and other ores grading, screening, dewatering and other places, is one of the components necessary shaker sieve structure by polyurethane.

PU modular panel Installation:
Installing and replacing of modules can be done without special knowledge and simply a hammer and a large screwdriver are needed.
With only some strokes the module will be pushed into the adapter slat.
For the removal of the panels, a screwdriver is used. Once one module edge has been extracted from the adapter slat, the panel itself will bend and the click-in profile easily removed from the substructure slat, making removal easier.
Generally, we produce PU modular panel screen according to customer's requirement.
