NY-XX Wedge Flowmeter Product Description
Wedge flowmeter is a flow meter that measures flow by a V-shaped throttling element. Its rounded top angle is downward, which is conducive to the smooth passage of liquids containing suspended particles or viscous liquids, and will not produce stagnation upstream of the throttling member. 500mPa·S , used for flow measurement of slurry, ore pulp, sandy crude oil, sewage, heavy oil, residual oil and other solid-containing suspensions and liquid media such as low Reynolds number. It can also be used for flow measurement of gas and steam media. This product is used for various gases, especially for the flow measurement of dirty gas and natural gas.
NY-XX Wedge Flowmeter Design Feature
1. The use of "V" type body throttling parts can eliminate the stagnant area and prevent the system from clogging.
2. The Reynolds number has a wide range of applications. When the Reynolds number is 500, the square relationship between the differential pressure and the flow is still maintained.
3. The differential pressure transmitter can output electrical signals of 4 to 20 mA, which is convenient for use with various instruments.
4. Easy to install, use and maintain.
5. High measurement accuracy, expanded uncertainty of flow calibration: ±0.5%～±0.2% (water calibration or oil calibration).
6. It has good long-term stability and is praised by users as a zero-failure rate instrument.
7. The one-time meter is split, and the range can be expanded by replacing the wedge (middle).
8. Various styles:
Ordinary type: The turndown ratio is within the range of 1:, and the nonlinear error of the flow coefficient is ≤±1%.
High-performance type: The turndown ratio is within 1: the expanded uncertainty of flow calibration is ±0.5%～±0.2%
