Working principle of 30m Contactable Guided Wave Radar Level Meter For Strong Corrosion Liquid NYRD 701

 

The high-frequency microwave pulse emitted by the guided wave radar propagates along the detection component (steel cable or steel rod), and encounters the measured medium. Due to the sudden change of the dielectric constant, it causes reflection, and a part of the pulse energy is reflected back. The time interval between the transmitted pulse and the reflected pulse is proportional to the distance of the measured medium.

 

Input process

 

Guided wave radar is a measuring instrument based on the principle of time travel. The radar wave runs at the speed of light, and the running time can be converted into object level signal by electronic components. The probe emits high frequency pulse and propagates along the cable or rod probe.

 

Output process

 

By entering empty tank height E(= zero), full tank height F(= full range) and some application parameters, the application parameters will automatically adapt the meter to the measuring environment, corresponding to 4-20mA output.

Guided wave radar object level meter adopts advanced microwave processing technology and unique Echo Discovery Echo processing technology, contact measurement, high measurement accuracy, more accurate measurement. At the same time, guided wave radar is not affected by external environment such as medium temperature and adhesion.

The 70X series guided wave radar object level meter is suitable for various complex working conditions and applications due to the various process connection modes and detection module types. Such as: high temperature, high pressure and low dielectric constant medium.

Pulse working mode, low emission power, can be installed in a variety of metal, non-metal containers, no harm to human body and the environment.
