Machine Advantages
1. The rig combines rotary mud drilling and pneumatic impact drilling. The high-performance mechanical top propulsion system has a speed of up to 901 rpm and a maximum torque of 9,000 Nm. The rig can intelligently adjust the drilling mode according to the characteristics of different formations: when operating in soft soil layers, it uses coreless drill bits or roller bits for mud circulation drilling; when operating in hard rock layers, it can perform high-speed rotary cutting and switch to compressed air-driven down-the-hole hammers for impact drilling. In extremely challenging operating conditions such as loose gravel layers, the innovative synchronous string tracking drilling system can effectively maintain the stability of the wellbore.

The rig is equipped with a 3,500 mm dual-speed feed mechanism, which can optimize the feed speed according to the hardness of different rock formations and significantly improve the total drilling time. The unique dual-mode hydraulic drive system uses intelligent split flow control technology. The single-pump energy-saving mode is enabled during drilling, and it automatically switches to dual-pump parallel oil supply during jacking operations to achieve the best balance between energy consumption and efficiency. Practice has proved that this design can reduce ineffective energy consumption by 40% and reduce auxiliary operation time by 35%.
3. The drive system adopts a fully mechanical transmission design, and the energy conversion efficiency is twice that of traditional hydraulic drilling rigs. Combined with the modular drilling tool quick-change system, it not only solves common construction problems such as drill jamming and overheating, but also improves the overall drilling efficiency by more than 50%.
