Magnesium Aluminum Spinel Brick(R1)
Summary:
Magnesium Aluminum Spinel Brick R1 is a high-end product with the highest refractoriness. R1 contains in-situ spinel and calcined alumina. Due to the use of "in-situ spinel technology" and the high purity of its raw materials, R1 magnesium aluminum spinel brick has excellent resistance to extremely high thermal stress, alkali salt, and sulfur corrosion. The low Al203 content in the brick makes it particularly resistant to the infiltration of clinker liquid phase. Although R1 is made from high-purity raw materials, its specially designed microstructure enables this type of fire brick to have the ability to self form kiln skin, thereby improving the stability and better resistance to permeability of the kiln skin.
