Synthetic Fiber For UHPC Description:
Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC) is a new type of concrete material with extremely high strength, high durability and excellent working performance. The addition of polyvinyl alcohol fiber has a significant effect on the high temperature performance of UHPC. Under high temperature environment, PVA fiber can maintain good stability and effectively prevent the expansion of micro cracks in concrete, thus improving the crack resistance and durability of concrete. In addition, the addition of fiber can also improve the thermal conductivity of concrete and reduce the thermal damage of concrete at high temperatures.

Synthetic Fiber For UHPC Usage:
1.The usual dosing amount of UHPC is 5.0-50.0kg /m3( the corresponding volume dosing amount is 0.4-4.0%).
2.The length of UHPC should be 6-12mm. According to different thickness of components.
3.For stirring: After mixing the UHPC powder and water to make the slurry evenly, add the synthetic fiber for UHPC, and then stir for 2 to 4 minutes until the fiber is evenly dispersed.
Curing: The construction and curing process of UHPC after adding fiber is exactly the same as the system without fiber.
