Cellulose Fiber For concrete reinforcement

Product Description

Cellulose fiber is a kind of short fiber with high strength and fine denier. It is extracted from special plants and has natural hydrophilicity. It has a good affinity with cement and other hydrates in concrete and can form a better bond with concrete. Because the fiber is very short and has the characteristic of small diameter of single filament, the distribution quantity in unit volume is larger, which improves the crack resistance of concrete.

Performance

1. It can greatly reduce the risk of cracking in early concrete due to temperature drop shrinkage and other shrinkage

2. It can release the free water in the fiber cavity, promote the hydration of cement, play the role of "internal curing" in concrete, greatly reduce the porosity of concrete, and improve the compactness of concrete
