Description

Burgeon retractable arena stage seating is the latest step in the development of the quiet and smooth running telescopic seating. This seat has the capability to provide numerous differing applications and it will give you all the flexible options, low maintenance and long-life quality you need to help ensure the success of your program. And it provides two options, nose mounting or riser mounting to meet clients needs as much.

Platfrom Type

In order to meet different spaces request, burgeon telescopic tribunes provides various platform types, like wall attached unit, portable unit, recessed unit etc.

1) Wall Attached Unit

The Wall Attached Seating Systems are supplied in 3 to 30 tier banks, are extremely adaptable, and efficiently recover floor space, allowing you to easily get the most out of your facility at all times. The telescopic seating systems are permanently fixed to the floor and / or wall through floor attachments and/ or wall attachments.

2) Portable Dolly

It is the most economical for large number of small portable sections. Two dollies are required to move one section.

3) Integral Dolly

Ideal for high tier units, the integral lifting mechanism allows you to move multiple portable sections without additional equipment. Four mechanical screw jacks lift the unit and 12 large wheels allow for effortless transportation of your bleacher. 

Understructure Introduction

A.Frame System:

1) Wheels: Wheels with non-marking poly urethane face to protect wood and synthetic floor surfaces, with molded-in metal bush and bearing to fit a10mm diameter axles secured with C Clips.

2) Slant Columns: Tubular Shape Steel (RHS).

3) Deck Stabilizer: Steel components bolted to nose and riser at three locations per section. Interlocks with adjacent stabilizer on upper tier using low-friction nylon roller to prevent separation and misalignment.

4) Deck Support: Securely captures decking for entire length of section.

B.Deck System:

1) Section Lengths: Each bank shall contain sections not to exceed 5980mm in length with a minimum of two supporting frames per row, each section.

2) Rear Riser: Continuous roll formed steel members

3) Nosing: Continuous Tubular Steel Section (RHS)

4) Deck End Overhang: Not to exceed frame support by more than 1715mm

Operation Way

1) Manual Operation

Operating Handles: Provide and install manual operating handles constructed of 19mm OD steel tubing. Handles to engage pull-bar installed at the first tier.

2) Power Operation 

A. Integrated Power: Furnish and install an integral automatic electro-mechanical powered frame propulsion system, to open and close telescopic seating. 

B. Motion Monitor: Provide flashing light with self-contained warning horn mounted to the telescopic seating for audio and visual warning during integral power operation.

C. Electrical: Seating Manufacturer shall provide all wiring within seating bank including remote control device.

D. Electrical Switchboard and Enclosure: Seating Manufacturer shall provide a complete switchboard and enclosure with each seating bank.
