Millivolt-level programming, < 1 mV rms ripple and fast transient response keep sensitive DUTs stable, while built-in remote sense eliminates lead-drop errors. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces with full SCPI command sets let the supply drop straight into automated ATE racks, and comprehensive OVP/OCP safeguards prototypes.
