High-power and electronic-attenuator options give a +20 dBm to –110 dBm calibrated range, covering PA compression, receiver sensitivity and EMC immunity tests from one port. Built-in AM/FM/PM plus optional pulse and list sweeps cut set-up time, and SCPI LAN/GPIB control lets the generator drop straight into automated benches.
Refurbished units ship ISO-17025-calibrated with current firmware, trimming capital expense and lead-time yet preserving Keysight reliability and future upgrade paths.
