The pre-owned Fluke 96270A replaces racks of signal generators, power meters and attenuators with a single low-phase-noise reference source that delivers calibrated signals from extra-low frequencies to 27 GHz. Its self-levelling head supplies –130 dBm to +24 dBm with millidecibel precision below 4 GHz, while the microwave output maintains high-level accuracy across the full band—ideal for spectrum-analyser, power-sensor and wide-bandwidth oscilloscope calibration. A built-in power-meter read-out, 300 MHz counter and modulation sources cut setup complexity and uncertainty budgets, and SCPI control plus MET/CAL® scripts enable true “connect-once, test-many” automation. Shipped fully tested, freshly calibrated and firmware-current, each unit provides metrology-grade traceability at a fraction of new-instrument cost.
