The JC900 hydraulic down-the-hole drilling rig offers superior performance compared to the previous model. It boasts a fully optimized structure, lower drilling footage costs, and more user-friendly design. The power unit is comprised of a diesel engine (or electric motor) and hydraulic oil pump set, while the hydraulic motor is utilized for auxiliary movements such as drilling, feeding, lifting, walking and hydraulic cylinder positioning.
One of the standout features of the JC900 is its impressive rotating torque. This is due to the use of a new planetary gearbox, which not only has a more compact structure but also offers a larger reduction ratio, higher torque transmission efficiency, and smoother operation.
Additionally, the JC900 is designed to be low maintenance and features imported rotary seals that have excellent sealing performance and long life. The polymer liner is also wear-resistant and does not require lubrication, making it more convenient to use.
The JC900 also features a manganese steel guide rail and sturdy, wear-free frame, ensuring reliable performance and hassle-free maintenance.
