Equipment Characteristics
1. This equipment is a Roller Screening Machine with the model of XCDRS1008. Its main function is to screen ore materials and remove materials, muddy soil and other impurities that do not meet the required particle size.
2. The surface width of roller shaft of this Roller Screening Machine is 1000 mm, and there are 8 roller shafts. The throughput of the whole machine is 140-385 tons per hour.
3. The roll axis arrangement of the Roller Screening Machine adopts the thick screening design with inclination angle, and the roll axis is in a stepped structure in order to achieve better screening effect.
4. The Roller Screening Machine adopts the principle of single-motor single-axis rotation, and the whole roll surface rotates smoothly and reliably with the help of track motor.
