Description :
The ZLYJ series reduction gearbox serves as a precision transmission component specifically designed for plastic screw extruders, featuring a high-precision hard gear surface and a thrust block.
This product conforms to all standards outlined in ZBJ19009-88, with gear and axis components crafted from high-strength alloy steel.
Gears undergo a meticulous process involving carburization, quenching, and tooth grinding.
Gear precision meets Grade 6 standards as specified in GB1009588.
Gear surfaces exhibit a hardness ranging from HRC54 to HRC62. Additionally, a sizable thrust bearing is situated at the front end of the hollow input axis to withstand axial thrust forces during screw operation.
The entire unit is characterized by its compact design, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise levels, and high efficiency.
