- The motion controller controls more than 15 servo motors to achieve various printing needs, and can store up to 100 types of containers (such as cylindrical, elliptical, triangular, quadrangular,pentagonal, hexagonal, etc.) data, which is convenient for customer.
- The machine is suitable for 360° printing of graphics and text on the surface of plastic, metal and glass containers of various shapes.
- Containers are pre-registered, surface treated, multi-color printed and cured in one servo fixture, with accurate color registration and not easy to damage the surface of the product.
- When the container is feeding, a visual positioning system for the bottom of the bottle or the top of the bottle can be selected, to solve the problem that the traditional printing machine is easy to damage the bottom of the container.
- UV curing can be partially or fully used LED-UV curing system to save energy.
- Can remove a screen printing and UV curing station, install a hot stamping system, realize the simultaneous completion of screen printing and hot stamping functions, and save production time.
- Can remove the last screen printing and UV curing station, install a visual inspection system for finished products, and divide qualified and unqualified products after discharging to save labor.
- The machine is equipped with a remote management function, which can solve machine failures and technical problems for customers as long as it is connected to the Internet anywhere.
