The Machine's 360-Degree UV Printing Adaptability
This machine is designed for 360-degree full-circumference UV ink printing (up to 3 colors), with strong compatibility for bottles, cans, lids and other products across industries.

It handles not only common round (e.g., cylindrical plastic bottles) and oval (e.g., elliptical perfume bottles) items, but also shaped products—such as curved cosmetic essence bottles, ribbed metal lids, or customized small-appliance plastic casings. Even products with subtle surface contours maintain uniform ink coverage.

It works seamlessly with mainstream packaging materials:
Plastics: PET (beverage bottles), PP (food containers), HDPE (chemical barrels) — UV inks adhere firmly without peeling.
Glass: Soda-lime glass (sauce jars) and high-borosilicate glass (skincare bottles) — printed patterns resist scratches.
Metals: Aluminum (aerosol cans), tinplate (food cans) — cured inks offer wear and corrosion resistance.
