Will the ventilation of fruits and vegetables greenhouse be affected after installing the insect net?
Many vegetable farmers will consider when using the greenhouse insect nets, will the normal ventilation in the greenhouse be affected after the installation of the insect net?
The answer of course is not.
The use of insect nets will not affect the ventilation. We have fully considered one point when producing greenhouse insect nets. During the production process, we will strictly control the diameter of the thread and the number of insect nets, because it can be based on the number of insect nets. And the diameter of the wire can be used to calculate the ventilation area of the insect net.
The calculation method of the ventilation area of the GZ insect net is as follows:
The insect net has a size of 64 mesh and the wire diameter is 0.2mm. The total length of the insect net in each inch is equal to the number of meshes multiplied by the square of the diameter of the wire, ie: 64×0.2mm=12.8mm, and the total length of the mesh is 1 foot. The number of network cables in the range - the total length of the insect-proof mesh cable per inch length, that is, 25.4 - 12.8 mm = 12.6 mm. There are 63 meshes per inch, each mesh having a width of 0.2 mm and an area of 0.04 mm2. Therefore, the total area of the mesh is 158.76 mm 2 (0.04 mm 2 × 63 × 63). It can be calculated that the ventilation area of the insect net is 24.6% of the total area of the insect net.
It is worth noting that after the installation of the insect net, the mesh surface should be cleaned. If the surface of the insect net is too dusty, it must be cleaned to avoid affecting the ventilation.
