Our company has passed the certification of ISO / TS16949:2002 . The seat has also passed the certification of CCC .
FAQ
Q : What is the MOQ ?
A : Normally MOQ would be 20 packages , subject to the type of seating products you ordered . orders less than MOQ are still accepted base upon different shipping terms .
Q : What are the shipping terms ?
A:FOB Guangzhou for orders meets MOQ . EX-WORK for order less than MOQ , we could arrange shipping for EX-WORK order , but all shipping cost would be at buyer’s cost .
Q : How long will it take for delivery ?
A : It will take about 15-20 days , subject to type of product and quantity you order .
Normally 1000 seats take about 20days .
Q : What are the payment terms ?
A : Payment to Xiangju will be though telegraphic transfer:30%down payment before production . 70% balance after shipping upon viewing the Bill Letter .
Q : How long will my chairs be warranty ?
A : Xiangju will provide a 5 - year warranty to our original purchaser of new
Products from the date of purchase . warranty is based upon material defect causing product failure within warranty . Xiangju will determine the course of action by supplying free parts , repairing or replacing the defective products
