Some advantage
(1) The cutting stress is smaller,about 1/10 of the punching type,and 1/100 of the hand-held,so as to prevent chis such as
ceramic capacitors from being damaged during the cutting process;
(2) A variety of shapes such as straight lines and arc lines can be cut on the PCB, so the PCB design are greatly increased.
(3) The cutting precision is high,and the cutting surface is smooth without burrs,which meets the customer’s needs for
high-quality production technology.
(4) Replaces manual cutting method/ V-CUT/Punch cutting ,depaneling PCB with high-speed spindle,
will not cause damage to the components on the PCB,the cutting surface is flat,no burrs and the product production is improved.
