Air spring release agent is a spring form made of the elastic force generated by air compression, which is mainly used in the shock absorber system of various vehicles. In the production process of air spring release agent, surface problems are more common, and the treatment methods are not the same.
One of the problems is the capsule crack, which generally appears near the surface of the submouth, such as uneven brushing of the release agent or local leakage, resulting in serious bonding of the capsule after vulcanization, and cracks caused by local tearing of the capsule when the mold is opened, resulting in product scrap.
