Product Features
ZS-8044M+ZS8060PE is a sleeve full automatic wrapping machine, It is designed specifically for single or products with bottom board. The machine can be connected with the production line to achieve automatic feeding, wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and shaping. ZS-8040M has introduced advanced technology and production process to ensure stable and reliable performance. Induction film feeding greatly reduces the loss of film. Digital display temperature controller can accurately control the temperature and can be seen it directly. Machine is controlled by Mitsubishi programmable controller to achieve mechanical, electrical and pneumatic stability. Three pieces sealing knife is designed specifically for perfect sealing. The feeding belt can be designed to feed on the left or the right side as required. ZS-8060PE uses four wind motors to make the hot air in tunnel distribute evenly, Super-large cold airflow makes the products cooling and shaping quickly after shrinking. The conveying line is controlled by Delta frequency converter.
1. Can work independently, but also with the production line docking automatic feeding, wrapping film, sealing and cutting, shrinkage, cooling, shaping, unmanned flow work.
2. Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller is adopted to realize the integration of machine, electricity and gas.
3. After special modification, light and small products can also easily through, the machine compared with the ordinary side feeder, it has the advantage of speed and connection. The backend of sealing cutting is equipped with a material pressing device, which will not shift for lighter packing items.
4. Advanced cutting knife, sealing firmly, using specially designed sealing knife, sealing line is firm, no cracking, not easy to stick knife.
5. Original imported conveyor belt, durable, transmission speed is controlled by frequency converter, variable speed infinitely.
6. Using imported photoelectric, accurate positioning, for the product design of two groups of level detection photoelectric.
7. Brand cylinder components. Adopt unique linear cylinder to transfer feed. Powerful and durable. The cylinder pushes the sealing cutter to seal and then lifts the sealing cutter. The film cutting process is more stable and the packaging effect is better.
8. Smooth film transport, fast speed, simple structure, simple operation, more smooth film pulling, using a variety of film rolling materials.
