Product Description
Silicone-coated fibreglass fabric is widely used nowadays. There are single-sided and double-sided products, which can be distinguished by their surfaces: single-sided products have one smooth surface, while double-sided products have two silicone rubber surfaces. The waterproof performance and ageing resistance of double-sided products is better than single-sided products.However, double-sided fabric is more expensive than single-sided fabric.
On the other hand, we can distinguish between two types of silicone-coated fibreglass fabric by their weight: heavy-duty and light-duty. The heavy-duty fabric has better heat insulation and heat resistance than the light-duty fabric, but the light-duty fabric is cheaper.

1. Light duty silicone coated fiberglass fabric is mainly used to make fire blankets,welding blankets,heat insulation jacket.
2. Heavy duty silicone coated fiberglass fabric is mainly used on industrial such as flexible joint and high temperature gasket.
