Product introduction
Our flame retardant fabric has been developed to provide superior lining solutions for mattresses, sofas and chairs, with the final product having the ability to effectively contain the spread of open flame. This flame retardant fabric is not only non-toxic and harmless, it is also environmentally friendly and does not need to be post-treated to maintain its fire-resistant properties over time.
The material is made of cotton fibers wrapped by a special process and combined with a flame-retardant synthetic fiber weave, giving the finished product excellent elasticity and shrinkage, allowing it to be wrapped flexibly within a certain range, and it is widely used in a variety of products, such as foam mattresses. Its biggest advantage is that it can effectively prevent the spread of open fire and combustion, and at the same time does not produce molten droplets, so as to effectively protect personal safety. After using this product, the mattress or mattress set can successfully pass the U.S. CFR-1633 and British BS-5852 fire test, providing consumers with a higher level of security.
